Dave Brumfield, Sam Osborne and Phil Adler first established Pro City Painting in 2017. They founded the company to provide the Chicagoland area with quality painting. In 2018 Dave Brumfield and Sam Osborne took over the company to continue Phil’s legacy. Dave grew up in Warrenville, while Sam grew up in Wheaton. Dave and Sam met in college at Illinois Wesleyan, where they became lifelong friends. Both have since settled in the Wheaton and Batavia area. As residences of the area, they both feel strongly about providing the finest quality of work for their neighbors.

Dave’s extensive experience and dedication to collaborating with his customers has made Pro City Painting into the preferred painting company in the Chicagoland area. Dave personally visits homes for custom estimates and listens to customers’ specific needs. His visits to the job site, ensure that the crew is maintaining the Pro City Pledge and that customers’ needs are being met.
